Legal
Terms of Use
Terms governing use of ExpressMock and access to mock-test services.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using ExpressMock, you agree to these Terms and applicable Indian law. If you are legally unable to enter into a binding contract, use of a paid service must be undertaken with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
Services and purchases
ExpressMock provides exam-preparation information and access to mock-test services. Product description, price, taxes if applicable, validity, inclusions and other material purchase information shown at checkout form part of the applicable transaction. Please review them before paying.
Exam information
Exam guides and preparation content are for educational and informational purposes. Dates, eligibility, syllabus, vacancies and rules may change; the relevant examination authority's official notification prevails.
Accounts and fair use
Keep your credentials confidential. Do not share purchased access where prohibited, impersonate another person, scrape or reproduce protected test content, circumvent access controls, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, ExpressMock branding, original website content and original preparation material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership or grant a right to republish or commercially exploit the material.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Prices and applicable purchase conditions are presented before payment. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory rights available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and changes
We may reasonably maintain, secure, correct or improve the service. Temporary interruptions can occur. Material changes affecting a purchased service will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
No misleading affiliation
ExpressMock is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination-conducting authority unless expressly stated. Names and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ExpressMock is not responsible for losses caused solely by information or services outside its reasonable control. This clause does not limit liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including applicable consumer protections.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumers retain the right to approach competent consumer authorities or courts as provided by law. For a complaint or support request, use Email Support. We aim to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, subject to applicable law.
