Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear rules for cancellation, duplicate payments, technical failures and eligible refund requests.

Check before purchase

Before payment, review the test series, price, validity/access period, inclusions and any product-specific conditions displayed at checkout.

When a refund may be considered

A refund request may be considered where there is a duplicate payment, payment is debited but the purchase is not successfully provided, the wrong product/access is supplied due to our error, a paid service cannot be delivered because of a verified technical failure attributable to the service, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Change-of-mind requests

Because mock tests and digital educational content may become available for use shortly after purchase, a change of mind does not automatically create a refund entitlement after access or substantial use has begun. This does not affect rights available for defective, deficient, misdescribed or undelivered services under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Use Email Support and provide the purchaser name, transaction/order reference, purchase date, product name and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full card/bank credentials.

Review and processing

We will assess the request against the purchase record, product conditions and applicable law. Consumer grievances are aimed to be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month. If a refund is accepted, it will be initiated to the original payment method where practicable and processed within a reasonable period; the bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit.

Failed or pending payments

A bank debit does not always mean a completed purchase. Where a payment is failed or pending, reversal timing may depend on the bank/payment provider. Contact support if access is not provided after a successful charge.

Statutory rights

This policy does not waive, restrict or replace any non-waivable remedy available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, applicable payment rules or other law in force in India.
